HeArtistry of Healing

This week, old stuff spilled forth with emotional intensity. I was blessed with three nutritious ingredients of healing that make me very privileged:


1) Being met with care and loving kindness

2) Time for meditating on past and present

3) Quiet time for arting.


May we all invite and receive the ingredients we need for healing.


Intending: Release and resolution

Observing: Reach of body and spirit

Surrendering: To playfulness

Arriving: In peacefulness

Offering: Trust
